As a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry, Tara specializes in leadership assessment, development and succession planning. She works with public and private sector organizations across the Nordics and globally, supporting critical talent decisions and long-term leadership strategies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Tara worked for a global talent management consulting firm, where she advised organizations on leadership assessment, development and talent strategy. Her experience spans organizations across the public and private sectors, with particular experience in technology, manufacturing, and energy.
Tara holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Stockholm University and is a licensed psychologist. She has extensive experience using psychometric assessments for both selection and development purposes.
Tara is fluent in Swedish and English.
