Théo is a Principal at Korn Ferry with two decades of experience in the executive search industry. Over the years, he has developed a strong reputation for identifying top talent for leadership roles, both locally and internationally, particularly in complex industries.

His experience covers Board, CEO, and other senior-level executive appointments for listed companies and private organisations.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Théo worked with a global executive search firm, where he focused on appointing senior-level executives and supporting clients in Sub-Saharan Africa with their transformation initiatives.

Théo’s expertise lies in navigating the unique challenges faced by businesses across various sectors. His deep understanding of leadership dynamics in Sub-Saharan Africa has enabled him to consistently deliver high-quality results for his clients. 

Fluent in English, French, and German, Théo’s multilingual skills have further enhanced his ability to work effectively in multinational organisations, offering a global perspective combined with local insights.

Théo holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Management from Bond University, and in addition to his academic background, he also holds IT certifications from Microsoft.
