Todd has spent the last two decades advising alternative asset managers on leadership and talent management strategies and today, he specializes on Partner-level assignments across a number of disciplines for private equity firms and investment management organizations based all over the country. His recent clients include blue chip and middle market General Partners, growth and venture funds, family offices and multi-asset management organizations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Todd was a senior member of the private equity practice at another leading international search firm, and in addition to his recent work, Todd has conducted hundreds of searches for private equity, real estate and asset management clients at the portfolio company and Fund level.

Before entering the executive search industry, Todd was an attorney. As a litigation associate, he was responsible for all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, depositions, law and motion, arbitrations and trial preparation.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and a JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a Dean’s Academic Honors Scholarship recipient.
