Mr. Durie has over six years of experience consulting with international organizations. Prior to joining Korn Ferry he was a consultant with Accenture.
Whilst there, he was training lead for global change programs, which included designing and delivering cashier, site manager, and retailer training workshops for a global oil and gas provider. He has experience as a first-level leader at Accenture and as head of department in an inner-London secondary school.
His areas of expertise include learning needs assessment and strategy, training design, workshop facilitation, leadership competency modelling, competency-based interviewing, simulation-based assessment and developmental feedback, talent data analytics, and organisational reporting.
His core area of expertise lies in supporting first-level and mid-level leaders with their leadership transitions.
His areas of industry expertise include industrial, consumer, resources, retail, telecoms, and financial services industries.
Mr. Durie has Qualified Teacher Status and holds a bachelor's degree in human sciences from the University College London. He leads the people and talent committee for the Board of Governors of a brand new secondary school and volunteers as a coach for new leaders in two schools.
