Associate Client Partner
Tom is an Associate Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s UK Advisory team, specialising in developing leaders and fostering inclusive, diverse and equitable organisations.
Tom has over 16 years’ experience in leadership development, talent and Diversity Equity & Inclusion consulting. He is a member of the UK leadership team for the Leadership Development community and a team leader, managing 6 Principal consultants. He is a DE&I Champion for the UK & Ireland, co-lead for Korn Ferry’s UK& Ireland Pride Network (for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies) and is a member of Korn Ferry’s DE&I Steering Committee.
He works across industries and across the world with UK-based and global clients. His current clients include life sciences, consumer, central government, media, and financial services organisations. He is currently leading, designing, facilitating and coaching on Leadership Development, Culture Transformation and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programmes for global clients.

Tom’s is energised by designing and facilitating creative and impactful experiences for clients, which shift individuals’ mindsets and their attitudes towards their potential and their impact as leaders. Tom designs and facilitates workshops and leadership programmes which enable leaders to develop key leadership behaviours and unlock the self-awareness to support their individual growth as well as enabling them to make the most of the diversity in their team and create inclusive environments in which all can thrive. He also has experience of leadership assessment, people and talent strategy consulting and developing executive teams.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Tom worked for Accenture in their Talent and Organisation Performance practice, leading a Training team for a global Business Transformation programme. His first career was as a Science teacher and head of Department in a London state secondary school.
Tom has a BSc in Human Sciences from University College London, trained in Transformative Coaching with the Co-Active Training Institute and animas Centre for Coaching. He has Qualified Teaching Status from the University of London.
