Tracey Pirrie

Ms. Pirrie brings rich industry knowledge across asset management, insurance, banking, and alternative investments with expertise in Risk Management, Actuarial, Finance, Investments, Strategy, and Quantitative Analysis. She leads Retained Searches for Insurance, Investment Management, Family Office, and Banking clients.

Ms. Pirrie cultivates long term relationships as a trusted advisor and partner to her clients. She provides leadership and direction on talent attraction programs and brings a consultative approach to all engagements.

She also actively partners with Korn Ferry’s Advisory Services division providing market insight on a range of executive assessments and corporate realignment assignments.

She joined Korn Ferry from a successful woman owned boutique executive search firm, where she was a founder. Before her career in executive search, Ms. Pirrie was US Deputy Head of Risk & Control for a reinsurance fund management company. She also held positions in Derivatives Risk Management, Trading, and Finance at several global investment banks in New York, London, and Amsterdam. She continues to leverage this unique market experience within her search engagements.

In addition to her professional work, Ms. Pirrie humbly serves as a crisis counselor for an online mental health texting service and is a volunteer mentor for Veterati, a mentoring network for veterans and military spouses. 

Ms. Pirrie received her BSc in Accountancy from University of Delaware. She is a CPA.
