Ms Bosch combines expertise across the talent management continuum with specialized depth in organization design, workforce planning, career mobility, reward strategy, and performance management. She specializes in the design of frameworks and strategies that combine a focus on work and talent to enable workforce and digital transformation.
Ms. Bosch holds a bachelor of commerce (honours) in international business, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK.
