Travis strives to understand the needs of clients and professionals to match the best people with the best projects to create a mutually beneficial and collaborative environment. Prior to Korn Ferry, Travis was the Southern California leader for a leading consulting and advisory firm where he focused on building long-term relationships and delivering value to his clients. He began his career at the Big 4 working in the audit and advisory practice and has always had a yearning to build strong relationships and consistently be of service.
Travis holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from California State University Northridge. He began college after a first career in Hockey where he lived in Canada and played semi-professionally, teaching him values and a work ethic that he brings to his professional career.
Travis believes in making the world a better place by helping one person at a time. His focus on helping others, self improvement, and positivity are his unique identifiers that allow him to show up with a smile on his face and help to elevate each person he encounters.
