Vedant is a Principal at Korn Ferry in India and Lead for it’s GCC Center of Excellence in the country. Before joining Korn Ferry, he had 15+ years of experience across marquee consulting organizations, including Deloitte and Ernst & Young.
At Korn Ferry, he assists clients across industry sectors in their end to end GCC journey, from Strategy, Design, Build, Deliver and Innovate. This involves deploying Korn Ferry’s suite of talent solutions across Consulting and Talent acquisition.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a Director with Deloitte’s management consulting practice, where he specialized in Shared Services, Outsourcing and GCC Advisory. He led client engagements across multiple geographies and industry sectors; advised clients on Right-shoring, Captive vs Outsourcing strategy, GCC operating model design, Full stack GCC services. This spanned GCC strategy (service scope, location, business case feasibility assessment etc.), Detailed design (people, process, technology), Build management (infrastructure, talent, knowledge transfer) and Delivery (performance management, scale, governance). His sectoral experience spans, Financial Services, Aviation, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Industrials, CPG etc.
Prior to the ~8 year stint at Deloitte, he worked with the EY Advisory practice for ~7.5 years. This involved specialization in business process advisory, process transformation, contract management advisory at clients across Technology, Financial Services, CPG, Services sectors and GCCs across these domains.
Vedant holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India and a Bachelors in Technology (Information Technology).
