As part of the Global Education Practice, Ms. Antolini works with both public and private institutions, specializing in the recruitment of university Presidents, Provosts, Deans of professional schools, with an emphasis on business education, as well as senior level functional administrators in compliance, finance, human resources, and operations.

As part of the Healthcare Services team, she works with public, private and private equity backed organizations of all sizes within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and biotechnology placing senior leaders into c-suite roles in finance, operations, and compliance.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Antolini started her career at a boutique executive search firm specializing in Human Capital and Management Consulting verticals. She led research for the firm, and was focused on identifying, attracting and evaluating senior leaders for clients in addition to gathering market data and providing feedback on industry hiring trends.

With a professional and personal interest in the promotion and advancement of female leaders, Victoria was a panelist and featured speaker for the 2020 Johns Hopkins University Mary Elizabeth Garrett Executive Leadership for Women Faculty seminar.

Victoria received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors, from Drexel University in Philadelphia, with a dual concentration in Marketing & Legal Studies.
