As a partner to clients, both public and private institutions, as well as academic medical centers, Ms. Antolini specializes in the recruitment of Presidents, Provosts, Deans of professional schools, with an emphasis in business education, as well as senior level functional administrators in finance, operations, human resources, and compliance.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Vickie started her career leading research efforts for a boutique executive search firm.

With a professional and personal interest in the promotion and advancement of female leaders, Victoria was a panelist and featured speaker for the 2020 Johns Hopkins University Mary Elizabeth Garrett Executive Leadership for Women Faculty seminar.

Victoria received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors, from Drexel University in Philadelphia, with a dual concentration in Marketing & Legal Studies.
