Vincent is a Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Markets (GFM) practice, where he leads mid- to senior-level executive searches. He is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.

With over 15 years of executive search experience in Japan, Vincent has built trusted partnerships with leading organizations across Financial Services, Fintech, Professional Services, and Technology, focusing on leadership roles that drive growth and transformation, spanning strategy and operations, finance, and business development.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Vincent served as a Partner at a Tokyo-based boutique executive search firm, focusing on strategy and leadership mandates across multiple industries. Earlier in his career, Vincent worked in audit and advisory with a Big Four firm in Tokyo before transitioning to management control in the global technology sector. Since moving into executive search in 2011, he has supported both global and Japanese companies.

Vincent holds a Master’s degree in International Management Control from Excelia Business School. Having lived in Japan for nearly two decades, he brings a deep understanding of the local market and is fluent in conducting business in Japanese.
