Wendy is a Principal with Korn Ferry’s Executive Search business, based in Singapore. She is a key member of the Singapore Corporates, Education and Public Sector practice.
Bringing more than 26 years of executive search experience across Asia Pacific, Wendy advises clients across a broad range of sectors for multinational corporations, Singapore-headquartered companies and public sector organisations. In recent years, her work has included a particular focus on industrial, financial services and higher education.
Wendy’s expertise includes advising clients on search strategy, market mapping and candidate assessment. She helps clients evaluate candidates’ suitability for leadership roles and alignment with organisational culture, drawing on her knowledge of talent markets across Singapore and the region.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Wendy spent more than two decades with an Asia-focused boutique executive search firm, where she led retained search assignments across the region. Earlier in her career, Wendy worked in corporate finance and private banking.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
