She spends her time identifying, assessing, and recruiting professionals across Private Equity, Private Debt, Distressed Debt, Special situations, Infrastructure/ Real Assets,  Venture Capital, Secondaries, and GP Stakes/Financing.  Limited Partner Clients include Pension Plans, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowments & Foundations and Family Offices.

Wendy has a strong track record recruiting professionals within Capital Raising & Investor Relations, Investing, Fund Operations, Finance and across the C-Suite.  She also works closely with portfolio companies in accessing C-level talent as well as the full spectrum of Korn Ferry’s talent advisory capabilities including compensation advisory, DE&I, executive assessment, and succession planning.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Wendy worked at a boutique executive search where she worked within Private Markets and Real Estate. She started her career in-house for a high-growth Real Assets firm helping them build out teams across all verticals.

Wendy earned her B.A. from the University of Southern California with a degree in International Relations and minors in Business Administration and French.  She studied at the Sorbonne while completing a semester abroad in Paris, France.
