Wendy brings a relationship-driven, consultative approach to her work. She takes time to understand the business issue behind a talent need, then connects clients with practical resources that can create momentum. Her areas of focus include interim CFO and Controller leadership, FP&A, technical accounting, treasury, finance transformation, ERP implementations, transaction support, and other business-critical initiatives.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Wendy worked for a global consulting and professional services firm, where she partnered directly with CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, and finance executives on interim and project-based solutions.

Earlier in her career, Wendy worked at a Big Four professional services firm, building a strong foundation in finance, data analytics, healthcare, and the challenges facing complex organizations. Across her career, she has developed a broad network within the finance community and a reputation for building trusted, long-term relationships.

Based in Dallas, Wendy is focused on helping organizations keep moving when they face a leadership transition, transformation, acquisition, system implementation, or unexpected capacity gap. She also connects clients to Korn Ferry’s broader capabilities.

Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Greenville University and a Marketing Certificate from the UCSD. She is a Global Ambassador for the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization, reflecting her commitment to connecting, supporting, and advancing professionals and entrepreneurs. Wendy is also a best-selling author of Buckets and a contributing author to two additional best-selling books.
