Mr. Smet is a senior talent management consultant, with over 25 years of experience. He has an appreciative style and his starting point is to enable participants to gain greater self-awareness.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a senior consultant within a leading Belgian assessment and development consultancy. Additional experience includes being a senior consultant for PDI Ninth House and for another leading Belgian organization in competency management.

He has gained expertise in talent management, performance management, leadership assessment & development, competency framework design, needs analysis, coaching, psychometric and 360° assessment.

He has in-depth experience working for small and medium-sized businesses, and multinationals, for the private and public sector.

He has consulted on a wide range of local and international projects, including senior leadership assessment and development, competency framework design and integration, talent strategy, performance management, and coaching.

Mr. Smet is fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
