Senior Principal, Reward & Org Design CEE Lead
Design and assistance in the implementation of the Reward Strategies based on the strategy, market trends and data, analysis and valuation of jobs. Design of cost optimal implementation of the recommended Reward System.
Support in developing performance management systems: bonus and incentive schemes, management by objectives, etc., based on strategic objectives, analysis of the various processes and their impact on business performance and the impact of individual's performance.
Design and assistance in building competence models and their implementation. Development of competence profiles for all or selected positions, train-the-trainer workshops for internal coaches and managers.
Many projects have contributed to an increase in staff motivation (based on performance and results as well as opinion surveys) and led to improvements in communication and organizational climate.
A graduate of the Faculty of History at the University of Warsaw.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he worked for a leading retail company and was Organisational Effectiveness and Rewards Director in leading media holding.
Wojciech also participated in projects for companies from different sectors as a freelancer and lectured at the Faculty of Management postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University as well as Compenstation and Benefits Studies at Łazarski University.
