



Xiao-Long is a member Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Markets and Global Technology Markets based in the Greater Bay Area of China.
He brings a wealth of experience and expertise in talent consulting, business development and entrepreneurship. He embarked on his career with Korn Ferry’s Hong Kong office executing C-suite executive searches for clients across Real Estate, Financial Services, Fintech, Education and Public Sector.
He then assumed general management and project management responsibilities at a non-profit private university in Wuhan and an educational foundation in Shenzhen founded by a Tencent Co-founder. In 2019, Xiao-Long founded a start-up developing social network for early-stage entrepreneurs in the UK sponsored and incubated by the University of Cambridge.
Xiao-Long is an Intellectual Forum Visiting Scholar at Jesus College of the University of Cambridge.
Xiao-Long holds an MBA degree (Digital Transformation Concentration) from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
