As a member of the Board & CEO Services Practice at Korn Ferry in Dublin, Zoë is a trusted advisor to boards and senior leadership teams and leads the CHRO Practice in Ireland.
She brings a strong track record of senior executive and non-executive appointments across a broad range of industries and deep expertise in board succession, governance and leadership strategy.
With over 20 years’ experience of working in Ireland, the UK and internationally, Zoë’s clients have spanned publicly listed, private equity-backed, mutual and family-owned businesses. She is known for her high-quality client service and innovative ideas.
Zoë began her executive search career at The Zygos Partnership, the first search consultancy in the UK to focus exclusively on CEO and board appointments. She joined Russell Reynolds Associates when The Zygos Partnership team became a part of the firm in 2017. At Russell Reynolds, Zoë was a senior member of the Board & CEO Advisory Group, where she was responsible for recruitment of CEO, Chair and Non-Executive Directors, predominantly in the real estate, construction and infrastructure sectors.
Zoë holds a BA in European Studies from Trinity College Dublin, and an MSc in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics.
