Senior Partner, Global Corporate Affairs, Sustainability & Impact Practice

Andrew is a Senior Partner in the Global Corporate Affairs, Sustainability & Impact practice for Korn Ferry International, and practice lead for EMEA. He also leads our UK Corporate Officers Practice which includes our Finance, Human Resources, Technology & Digital, Risk & Legal, and Supply Chain & Procurement teams.

He has successfully partnered with global, European and UK clients across all industry sectors, with clients across major Multinationals, privately-owned companies, Private Equity, Trade Associations, Public Sector and NGO’s.

Andrew is also co-founder of the Corporate Affairs Leadership Impact (CALI) programme; a Leadership Development Programme which uses a blend of assessment, individual feedback, executive coaching, real-world business challenge and residential learning to help Corporate Affairs leaders develop in two crucial areas: transformational leadership and strategic leadership.

Areas of personal expertise include: executive search, executive coaching, leadership development, and assessment and succession planning.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Andrew had a career in the British Army as an officer in the Corps of Royal Engineers, having commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Geology from Queen’s University Belfast.

He is an alumni of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and is also a member of the Arthur W Page society.

Andrew is a member of the Board for Net Impact, a non-profit focused on the next generation of impact leaders.
