Astrid de Jong is based in our Amsterdam office and advises clients on topics like job evaluation and job architectures. In addition to working with clients, she leads the Work & Career Architecture Solution Area in the Netherlands.

Ms. De Jong has valuable experience in the field of job analysis, job design and job evaluation, as well as experience with reward analysis and benchmarking.

She has been working with organizations across sectors, but her main expertise is in the Financial industry: banks, pension providers, insurance companies and other finance institutions. Building on her expertise she helps organizations to develop the right job structures, grade executive jobs, and develop tools to enable business users to grade jobs and digitize grading solutions.

Astrid de Jong joined Korn Ferry (then: Hay Group) in April 2013. At Korn Ferry, she develops and implements grading solutions for clients, facilitates Job Evaluation training sessions and supports clients with all questions related to Organisation Strategy and Work and Career Architecture. She appreciates situations that require to look at a problem from all perspectives to get a comprehensive view of the situation, in order to design the best solutions.

She has a master’s degree in social science from the University of Utrecht (cum laude) and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from that same university.
