Since joining Korn Ferry in 2012, Mr. Garoufalis has participated in numerous executive recruitment, assessment, and succession mandates across the industrial manufacturing space for publicly traded, private equity backed, and closely held businesses.

Mr. Garoufalis specializes in the recruitment of Chief Financial Officers, Chief Executive Officers, General Managers, and Heads of Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Garoufalis held commercial roles with Automatic Data Processing.

Mr. Garoufalis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history and political science from Bucknell University, where he was a four-year member of the Men's Crew team.
