Carlos Escalante has over 15 years of experience in talent search for managerial and executive positions in various market sectors, particularly in the financial services one. Due to his academic profile and experience, he has specialized as a consultant for companies within the financial industry, such as financial groups, insurance companies, fund operators, etc.

Carlos has extensive experience analyzing the market and evaluating candidates for almost all lines of business within companies in the financial sector; such as Business and Corporate Banking, Consumer, Wealth and Private Banking including many of the functional areas such as Credit and Risk, Controllership and Finance, as well as Business Development.

Currently, Carlos is a Principal for Korn Ferry's Financial Services Practice in Mexico. Previously, he collaborated for several years in another important executive talent search firm, being responsible for managing Corporate Accounts in different sectors, mainly in the financial environment.

Carlos has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and an MBA both from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. Additionally, he has postgraduate studies in Talent Management from Universidad Anahuac. Carlos is fluent in his native Spanish and in English.
