Based in Columbus, Ohio, he leads teams executing a wide variety of search engagements for diverse clients including banks, credit unions, insurance, fintechs, and insurtechs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Fannin was Director, Executive Recruiting at a boutique executive search firm based in Columbus. There he specialized in Retained Executive Search in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries.

Mr. Fannin began his recruiting career in 2008 as an Accounting and Finance focused contingent recruiter running a full desk and later leading A&F divisions for local and national contingent recruiting firms.

Mr. Fannin’s deep understanding of the Financial Services space, along with over 15 years of recruiting experience, will allow him to effectively help clients align their business strategy with their talent strategy. This knowledge and experience will provide significant value in the evaluation of candidates making sure the best possible candidates are selected for consideration.

Mr. Fannin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
