Having lived in six countries across the Americas and Europe, Colleen is a cross-cultural communicator with a knack for inspiring informed action to drive business results. She is committed to helping teams collaborate better by tapping diversity as a source of growth and inspiration.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Colleen partnered with organizations of all sizes – from start-ups to Fortune 500s – as a senior organizational strategy and transformation consultant at a boutique Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion firm. She began her consulting career at a leading global advisory firm after serving for two years as a Community Economic Development Specialist in the U.S. Peace Corps, based in Paraguay. 

Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University and a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University. She speaks conversational Spanish and rusty Italian, French, and Guarani.
