She brings extensive experience across Financial and Non-Financial Services sectors, focusing on Executive and Board mandates to deliver transformational talent for Korn Ferry’s clients.

Her expertise spans working with Boards and Executive Committees on appointing Chief Risk Officers and Chief Internal Auditors, and their direct reports, as well as assessing and developing their senior risk and control teams.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Constance was part of the Financial Services Practice at a large global Executive Search firm, working across both Executive Search and Board level assignments at a UK, European, and global scale, while contributing to Diversity Practice initiatives. Constance began her career in management consulting in New York, focusing on the global financial services industry.

Constance is a dual French-British national, and has a BA in East Asian Languages and Civilisations from the University of Pennsylvania.
