With a wealth of experience, she has successfully advised and recruited CFOs across a spectrum of industries, with an emphasis on healthcare payors, providers, integrated healthcare systems, health tech,  pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, pharma services, enterprise software, industrial services, and manufacturing. Committed to fostering future CFO succession, Danielle also collaborates with current CFOs to identify and recruit essential members of their financial leadership teams.​

Danielle’s clients include a diverse range of organizations, including private equity-backed companies, family-owned businesses, public corporations, and non-profit organizations.

In addition to her executive search expertise, Danielle also has a history of helping her clients leverage the full suite of KF human capital solutions - professional search, succession planning, talent assessments, organizational design, interim staffing, and digital HR – to align growth strategies and organizational transformation.

Danielle joined the firm in 2015 from Howard Fischer Associates, a boutique recruiting firm where she focused on the evaluation and recruitment of senior-level executives across various sectors, including technology, media, consumer services, industrial, professional services, healthcare, telecom, and retail.​

Before entering the executive search field in 2011, Danielle began her career in consulting at LRA Worldwide, which is now part of Deloitte Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.​
