Dee is a 20-year veteran in the professional services industry specializing in executive search for Finance and Accounting leaders including Chief Financial Officers, Treasurers, Corporate Controllers/ Chief Accounting Officers, Chief Audit Executives, Division level executives and senior level tax professionals.

Dee brings extensive experience building trusted partner relationships with clients and candidates and works with organizations ranging from companies in the growth/development stage, to enterprise level Fortune 100 companies in industries such as consumer packaged goods, manufacturing and distribution, financial services, software-as-a-service/high tech, life Sciences/biotech, retail, consulting, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dee was a Director with a regional executive search firm focusing on Accounting and Finance. By leveraging her functional experience, she can provide, timely search solutions to help employers find the best possible talent for their company while reducing hiring risk. She also serves in an advisory capacity on compensation, attraction and retention of top talent.

Dee holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Benedict.
