Ellen has successfully recruited top senior talent across a broad range of industry segments, including healthcare, TMT, industrials, consumer, FIG, leveraged finance, ECM, DCM, M&A and financial sponsors. Ellen’s experience also includes work across various debt and equity product groups in commercial and investment banks.

In addition to her work with financial institutions, Ellen frequently provides guidance on and recruits top talent for executive leadership roles across key functional areas, including, corporate development, strategy, and financial officers. Her clients include top-tier financial institutions, Fortune 100 and 500 corporations as well as private equity portfolio companies in the U.S. and abroad

Ellen brings over a decade of experience from premier executive recruiting platforms including Spencer Stuart, Korn Ferry, and Caldwell Partners. Ellen began her career in finance with Stephens Inc. as an investment banker and equity research analyst.
