She focuses on senior finance mandates across all industries, working on board level CFO appointments for publicly listed and private equity backed companies. Additionally, she assists Group CFOs to build best-in-class teams, including Divisional / Regional Finance Directors, Financial Controller, Tax, Treasury and other finance roles within the corporate function.

She also works closely with colleagues in the Firm’s talent, culture and organisational advisory practices and has consulted broadly on key leadership and organisational challenges affecting the role of the CFO and the finance function. This has included leadership assessments and succession planning projects.

Georgina has successfully completed many search assignments across all sectors and her client base includes a number of UK Plc’s and global corporates.  She has also managed pre- and post-transaction CFO assignments on behalf of private equity investors and their portfolio companies

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Georgina worked for Odgers Berndtson where she was part of the Global Retail and Consumer Practice. Here, she focused on sales, marketing, operations and general management positions on behalf of both private equity, family owned and publicly listed companies.

Georgina has 9 years’ experience of executive recruitment and has been with Korn Ferry’s Financial Officers Practice for the past 5 years.

Georgina graduated from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne with a BSc (Hons) in Economics.
