Giorgio Flori

Senior Client Partner, Global Account Lead

Giorgio Flori is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry’s Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region Office, serving as Global Account Leader.

With nearly 30 years of consulting experience, Giorgio has worked with leading client organizations across Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar. His expertise lies in navigating diverse and culturally distinct environments while driving business transformation and strategic growth.

Giorgio began his career in strategy and consulting, progressively expanding his focus to technology and operations, particularly within the financial services sector.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Giorgio spent almost two decades at Accenture Middle East, where he served as Client Account Lead (CAL) for top-tier banks and financial institutions in the UAE. In this role, he successfully managed client relationships, growth strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and risk management.

In January 2025, Giorgio joined Korn Ferry with a clear mandate to support key clients in the United Arab Emirates, with a particular focus on the Abu Dhabi Hub.

Giorgio holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from La Sapienza University of Rome and a Master in Innovation Strategy from Harvard Business School.

He is fluent in English and Italian and speaks conversational French.
