Gregor is a Senior Client Partner and a leader of the Firm’s Global Supply Chain Management & Operations Center of Expertise. He is also a core member of our Global Consumer and Life Sciences practices.
Gregor works very internationally and is recognized as a partner and advisor with organizations that face global talent and leadership challenges in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Operations. He has led executive search and consulting projects for the past 25 years across all continents and today mainly serves clients across the Americas (North & South) and Europe regions.
After leading our business in Chile as Managing Partner based at our Santiago office from 2018 to 2020, Gregor is now based between the US and Brazil where he is also involved with several of our global clients and manages relationships with some of our most important European- and North American-based clients by serving their needs across the region and globally.
Gregor has in-depth SCM & Operations knowledge across industry sectors and geographies, and he today mainly serves the Life Sciences and Consumer sectors while also working with clients in the Technology and Industrial sectors whenever they look beyond their own industry sectors, seeking best-in-class SCM talent from across industry sectors.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Gregor led the EMEA Supply Chain & Transportation practice from his native Zurich, Switzerland for another global executive search firm. He then led their Americas SCM & Ops practice based in Miami.
Gregor is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
Gregor holds a degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Zurich, Switzerland.
He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and his native German.
