Ms. Caldentey has international experience, having lived and worked in South America, Japan, Spain, and UK. She has broad experience on facilitating change and helping organizations to deeply understand their cultures and ways of working, identifying and addressing what enables or hinders them to realize their strategies, building and implementing effective change programs.

Ms. Caldentey shapes and delivers solutions that allow organizations to focus on their specific organizational and people needs, designing the ‘fit for purpose' solutions and delivering them in a way that accelerate implementation in a sustainable way.

She has broad experience leading projects and delivering high impact global and regional initiative, with main focus on client and key stakeholders needs and expectations.

Ms. Caldentey has experience with different type of business situations from mergers and acquisitions, multinationals joint ventures, implementation of new operating models, and strategies, business unit integrations, and business transformations.

Ms. Caldentey holds a degree in industrial engineering and a masters of business administration from IESA (Caracas) and a diploma in management consulting and change from the Hong Kong University. Before joining Korn Ferry, she worked as a brand manager the biggest Venezuelan Consumer Good Company.

Ms. Caldentey is a Spanish native speaker and fluent in English.
