Jan built his career in senior roles at leading institutions including UBS, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank, complemented by experience at premier consulting firms such as Bain & Company and AlixPartners. Across these roles, he has consistently operated at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational transformation, leading large-scale initiatives across Europe, USA and Asia Pacific.

A recognized expert in financial services transformation, Jan brings deep expertise in driving efficiency and effectiveness across complex organizations. His work spans business model redesign, operational optimization, and commercial excellence, including product strategy, sales performance, and revenue management. He has led and advised numerous large-scale transformation, restructuring, and value creation programs for major banks and insurance companies, often on behalf of executive teams and private equity investors.

Jan’s track record combines strategic perspective with strong execution capability, particularly in delivering measurable impact in large, multi-dimensional environments. His client-centric approach and ability to align leadership teams around transformation agendas have made him a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards.

He holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, with a focus on Strategy & Organization, as well as M&A and Marketing & Sales.
