Mr. Schumacher specializes in the global aviation and aerospace sectors, advising clients across airlines, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), aerospace services, aviation aftermarket, aircraft leasing, and aviation infrastructure.
He leads executive search and leadership advisory engagements for organizations navigating growth, operational transformation, succession planning, and complex talent challenges throughout the aviation ecosystem. A significant portion of Mr. Schumacher's work is focused on the aviation aftermarket, where he advises engine and component MRO providers, technical services organizations, parts suppliers, distribution businesses, aviation technology providers, and aerospace manufacturers. He has partnered with organizations across the value chain supporting fleet reliability, maintenance operations, technical services, supply chain management, and aircraft lifecycle support. His experience also includes work with aircraft management companies, charter operators, FBO networks, and providers of specialized aviation services.
Mr. Schumacher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from The University of Alabama. Outside of work, he is a proud father of four boys and enjoys golf, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
