Karena Man

Senior Client Partner, Technology & Digital Practice, San Francisco, CA

Based in San Francisco, Karena works closely with Boards and the C-suite on how to create differentiated business opportunities using AI and ML, cybersecurity, engineering, and software capabilities. 

She partners with organizations ranging from start-up and growth-stage to publicly traded companies.

She joins Korn Ferry from another global executive search firm where she led the North America Tech Officers practice. Previously, she was a leader in Facebook’s infrastructure engineering executive search team.

Before that, she was part of the IT practice at Bain and Company. Karena began her career in technology as an analyst in the electronics and high-tech practice of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

A mother of two, Karena is passionate about enabling the next generation to thrive. She and her family are long-time volunteers with Project Night Night, which serves children experiencing homelessness. She also mentors first generation college students at her alma mater who are preparing to enter the workforce.

Karena earned a BA in political science from the University of California at Berkeley.
