Ms. Blackledge leads C-level and executive search assignments for publicly-traded, private equity-backed, and privately held companies.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Blackledge was with a leading global executive search firm where she advised clients in the industrial sector spanning agribusiness, chemicals, materials, building products, packaging, construction, and industrial goods and services. Prior to executive search, she held senior level in-house talent acquisition and procurement roles at Eaton and Harris Corporation, respectively.

Ms. Blackledge earned her M.B.A. from Florida State University, and her B.S. and B.A. in International Business and Spanish. She is a member of the Dallas Junior League and is a past leader on the College of Business Alumni Board at Florida State. She is fluent in Spanish.
