Katie Blackledge is a Partner in Korn Ferry’s Executive Search business and is based in the firm’s Dallas office. She is a key member of the industrial technology and manufacturing practice and leads C-level recruitment for publicly-traded, privately-held, and private equity sponsored companies.
Ms. Blackledge has over 15 years of recruiting experience with the last decade of her career being in retained executive search. She has expertise leading CEO, CFO, President, commercial, operations/supply chain, and technical searches across software, manufacturing, and industrial technology sectors with a more recent focus on data center equipment and infrastructure development.
Prior to Korn Ferry, she ran similar C-suite searches and client engagements in a leading global executive search firm.
Previously, Ms. Blackledge served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Eaton. There, she worked across all of Eaton’s businesses sourcing and hiring top-tier passive talent.
Prior to this, she held a procurement position in the supply chain organization at Harris Corporation (now L3Harris).
Ms. Blackledge began her career in international education as an advisor counseling college students on internships.
Ms. Blackledge is a board member of the FAN Club at Spanish World School and a past leader on the College of Business Alumni Board at Florida State. She is fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Blackledge graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s in international business and Spanish and earned an MBA from Florida State University.
