Kirstin Chambers has over 20 years experience as a specialist in placing executive and senior level Interims. She is the Managing Consultant in EMEA for Korn Ferry’s Executive Interim practice.

Her successful track record in sourcing and managing senior level Interims and Programme Managers, means clients can expect sustainable results and solutions to business-critical issues. Her experience is across major corporate functions with a particular emphasis on Change and Programme Management in Finance, Technology & HR. Her clients depend on her innovative approach and lateral thinking as well as speed of response, to source the right talent in order to bring solutions at speed. Whether it be an urgent requirement for senior leadership or a distinct programme of work, Kirstin consults on constructing an assignment that will add value, quickly.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kirstin worked for both global and boutique search firms as well as a coaching and leadership business where she coached executives on their careers. She also served as a board director on her local community development trust.

Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, Immunology & Genetics and has always maintained her interest in these fields, even prior to the pandemic. She has also lived and worked in Europe and the Middle East.
