Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Lea built her career at leading global advisory firms specializing in executive search and leadership consulting, where she held senior leadership roles and advised organizations across industries on C-level and board appointments, succession planning, and organizational transformation.

She developed extensive experience partnering with multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and regional leaders, particularly within capital-intensive sectors such as construction, real estate, infrastructure, energy, and sustainability.

Across her career, Lea has led a wide range of executive search and advisory engagements, earning a reputation for her strong client relationships, market insight, and ability to support organizations in addressing critical leadership priorities in dynamic environments. Her experience also includes work with organizations in the non-profit and impact sectors, reflecting her broader commitment to purpose-driven leadership.

Lea is currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainability at Fundação Getulio Vargas and holds a postgraduate degree in ESG and Corporate Sustainability from the same institution. She has also completed executive education programs including a Trusted Advisor program from IMD. She is fluent in Portuguese and English.
