Leanne Arcinue

She brings 15 years of executive search experience, having placed CEOs, Chief Revenue Officers, CIOs/CTOs, and AI Transformation Partners across global IT services firms, FinTech companies, high-growth technology businesses, and PE-backed portfolio companies. Prior to Korn Ferry, Leanne was a Principal at another global search firm in New York focused on  the Technology, Fintech, and Services industries. Prior to this, Leanne spent more than a decade at a global search and leadership advisory firm, where she co-led the Global FinTech segment and focused on CEO succession, go-to-market leadership, and digital transformation across banking, payments, and financial market infrastructure. Leanne started out as the Head of Research in New York and then helped expand their research teams and capabilities in North America and Greater China.

Before executive search, Leanne was an Executive Director at Worldwide Business Research in New York. She also worked as an Operations Manager at eTelecare Global Solutions in the Philippines and started her career as a Leadership Development manager at Citi’s Asia Pacific Banking Institute.  

In 2025, Leanne was named one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business by the Asian American Business Development Center. She holds a degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and pursued graduate studies in Leadership and Human Resources at Harvard Extension School.
