Leslie Peyton Gordon is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s New York office and Head of the Firm’s Global Banking & Markets sector within the Firm’s Global Financial Market.
With more than twenty-five years of search experience in financial services, Ms. Gordon specializes in senior-level and board searches for the investment banking and capital markets community. Her areas of search expertise include mergers and acquisitions; corporate coverage across all industry sectors; restructuring; leveraged finance; debt and equity capital markets; private equity; and infrastructure. She has completed more than 600 searches on behalf of financial institutions and private equity firms worldwide.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1996, Ms. Gordon was a senior vice president with The Whitney Group, a search firm concentrating on the financial services sector.
Before beginning her executive recruiting career, Ms. Gordon was with Bankers Trust Company/BT Securities Corporation, where she worked in the acquisition finance, private placements and high yield capital markets groups.
Ms. Gordon holds a MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BA with honors in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
