Mr. Lammens has an extensive consulting experience (2004-present) in talent management and organisational development. He combines this with a managerial experience as Director of Arts & Business Belgium.
Mr. Lammens consulting work covers most domains of Leadership & Talent, including executive assessments, talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement and succession management. From 2011 till 2015 he acted as the Head of Leadership & Talent for the Belgian office of Korn Ferry.
Mr Lammens developed and conducted leadership and managerial assessments and subsequent individual and team coaching trajects for executives in multiple private corporations (banking, IT, pharmaceuticals, high tech, petrochemicals) and public services. He advised on C-suite-succession for multiple clients.
He facilitated third generation leadership development programs for senior managers in Kathmandu (Nepal), Kinshasa (Congo) and Bucharest (Romania).
Mr Lammens has a Master degree in Psychology and a Bachelor degree in Philosophy at the Catholic University of Leuven and an MBA in Cultural Management at the University of Antwerp.
He is qualified in a number of leading HR methodologies and certified in the use of numerous psychometric instruments with a broad-range of business applications..
Mr Lammens speaks fluently in Dutch, English and French with basic knowledge of German.
