She partners closely with Fortune 500 companies, public and private organizations, and private equity-backed firms to deliver tailored talent strategies that drive leadership excellence.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Maddie honed her recruitment expertise as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Slalom Build’s Chicago office, where she managed full-cycle recruitment and developed strategies to attract top technical talent.
