Principal, Global Financial Officers Practice
As a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Officers Practice based in Chicago, Maddie Bonyko focuses on executive recruitment of Chief Financial Officers, in addition to other senior-level financial executives within the Industrial and Consumer space.
Maddie partners with clients to curate a strategic approach to talent serving Fortune 500, public and private organizations and private equity-backed companies.
In concert with senior team members, Maddie is responsible for sourcing and engaging qualified prospects. She leverages Korn Ferry’s research and extensive network to develop a robust pipeline of qualified, diverse prospects and candidates. Additionally, Maddie has worked to support Korn Ferry’s marquee industrial and consumer accounts.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Maddie served as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Chicago office at Slalom, where she was accountable for driving full-cycle recruitment.
Maddie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications and a marketing minor from Miami University. Maddie has lived in Chicago for the last ten years.
