Maggie's perspective is shaped by a uniquely diverse professional background spanning critical care nursing, commercial fishing in Alaska's Bering Sea, entrepreneurship, and business ownership. Prior to Korn Ferry, she founded and led multiple ventures through successful exits, providing firsthand experience with the challenges and opportunities leaders face while building and scaling organizations.

She also co-owns and operates a commercial beef cattle ranch in Virginia, where she applies the same long-term, strategic approach to stewardship and growth that defines her work with clients.
