She is frequently engaged at pivotal moments, such as preparing for a capital event, professionalizing a leadership team, or building functions that must scale alongside the business.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Maggie founded and led multiple ventures through successful exits. Maggie’s outlook is further shaped by a distinctive career that began in critical care nursing and included commercial fishing in Alaska's Bering Sea, environments that demand sound judgment, composure under pressure, and reliance on high-performing teams. She also co-owns and operates a commercial beef cattle ranch in Virginia, which she manages with the same disciplined, long-term perspective she brings to her client partnerships.
