Dr. Misciagna leads Korn Ferry’s Financial Services Consulting practice and is based in our Philadelphia office.

Dr. Misciagna guides organizations in defining the operating model, organization, and talent required to implement their business strategies.  In financial services, Dr. Misciagna’s past clients include leading global, Asian, European, and US companies.  In addition, he has worked with organizations in Media and Entertainment, Healthcare, Software, Manufacturing, Government, and Non-Profit.

Examples of his work include:

• Guiding companies in defining the leader of the future and building programs to develop future executives, mid-level leaders and junior managers/supervisors.
• Providing companies around the globe with detailed operating model designs for corporate structures as well as for Technology, HR, and Finance functions.
• Creating and delivering unique solutions for driving strategy execution through organization and talent.

Dr. Misciagna brings over thirty years of consulting and leadership experience to Korn Ferry’s Advisory practice.  Before joining Korn Ferry, Dr. Misciagna was a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice, an Associate Partner at IBM, filled various leadership roles in other consulting organizations, the US Postal Service, Times Mirror Co., PepsiCo, and the US Army.

Dr. Misciagna has a PhD in Organization and Management and an MBA specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University, as well as a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NY.
