Medha has more than a decade of experience in leadership advisory, specializing in executive and non-executive searches for digital natives, early-stage companies, financial institutions, and enterprise software companies with a particular focus on FinTech and Payments.
Medha is a trusted advisor for clients around the world, committed to helping them achieve their diversity and inclusion objectives. She works closely with leaders on the development of their culture and building high-performing teams.
Before Korn Ferry, she spent four years at a leading talent advisory firm as a core member of the Financial Services practice specializing in FinTech.
Prior to that she worked in a boutique executive search firm based initially in New Delhi before moving to the UK. In this role, Medha executed numerous searches for clients across EMEA and APAC with a specific focus on digital transformation and growth. Medha began her career working for an India-based executive search firm.
Medha graduated at Banasthali University, where she earned a BS in biotechnology. She earned an MBA from IBS Hyderabad and also holds a Diploma in FinTech from Saïd Business School, Oxford University. Medha speaks Hindi and English.
