Michele Capra oversees multiple RPO accounts with a focus on the high-volume hiring space.

Ms. Capra has 9 years of experience with Korn Ferry RPO and over 17 years of experience within Talent Acquisition with the bulk of her career in the RPO sector.

Ms. Capra has been responsible at Korn Ferry for client strategy, hiring for large enterprise solutions, building key stakeholder relationships, and driving results while creating governance around high-volume hiring.

Ms. Capra has worked across several industries including consumer brands, advanced manufacturing, financial services, and benefits outsouring. She is experienced in leading both RPO and Corporate Talent Solutions.

She has led and created recruitment strategies to meet class goals for her client accounts at 100% + fill rates. She has built quality teams focused on results as well as scaling teams to meet client needs.

Her areas of expertise include: high volume, retaining talent, reducing aging, strategy execution, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent strategy.

Ms. Capra graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University majoring in Business Management/Hospitality and was Valedictorian within her degreed program.
