Michelle represents clients in Canada and the U.S. across private equity, investment management, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, public and private owner-operator-developers, real estate investment trusts, and advisory firms, among other constituencies. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Michelle spent eight years with a global boutique real estate executive search firm where she led the Canadian business and Global Hospitality Practice.

Her track record includes high-profile c-suite engagements across all real estate sectors and mandates to manage CEO succession assignments.  Earlier in her career Michelle spent three years at a global hospitality boutique search firm working with hospitality owners, operators and brands throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions. 

Michelle has been an active contributor to North American real estate and hospitality associations including moderating and participating on industry panels.  Michelle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western University.
