Based in Miami, Moses is a Senior Client Partner in the North American Technology Markets practice.
He draws on extensive experience in technology and communications to help clients build resilient, purpose-driven teams. Known for his agile approach, Moses works effectively across all stages of company development, from early-stage ventures to high-growth and mature organizations. His deep industry insights allow him to serve companies across communications and technology sectors, with a specialized focus on revenue-driving leadership roles (CEO, COO, CFO+, CRO, CMO) and essential product functions (CTO, CPO, CPTO).
Before joining Korn Ferry, Moses served as a core member of the technology practice at a leading global executive search firm where he honed skills advising high-impact leadership and boards at the top of the house. Prior to this, he founded several companies across the communications, technology, and healthcare technology industries.
His ventures included a mobile virtual network operator, a technology marketplace/SaaS provider in the supply chain industry, and an IoT digital health company.
Moses began his career as an Actuarial Fellow at MetLife and later joined Morgan Stanley’s derivatives risk technology group. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Rutgers University.
He is an active participant in angel tech investment groups and committed to fostering high impact leadership, innovation and growth in the tech industry.
Outside of work, he is an avid reader and sports enthusiast, regularly engaging in tennis, squash, and padel.
