Nathan operates from Korn Ferry's Dubai office, leading Executive Search for Real Estate across the Middle East. He is also a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Real Estate Practice.

He has 14 years experience leading executive search, transformation and team-building mandates for real estate developers, family offices, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and semi- government institutions both in the UK and the GCC. 

Having moved to the region in 2018, Nathan has  built a reputation for advising, recruiting and assessing some of the regions largest CEO and N-1 appointments in the real estate sector.

Nathan has also supported clients in strengthening their real estate capability at board level across their portfolio companies, particular international subject matter experts in the real estate, hospitality and construction space.

His recent focus has been in supporting institutional investors in the UAE and KSA to establish new real estate development companies driving the realization of complex large-scale masterplans to act as catalysts for further economic development.

Nathan is passionate about attracting a broad and innovative pool of international subject matter experts to the region, whilst identifying the next generation of local and regional leadership to take their place in shaping the regions urban landscape.

Nathan holds a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy & Politics from the University of Liverpool.
