



Pascal‑Philipp Buck advises clients on the appointment of senior leadership roles and advisory board mandates within the industrials and business services sectors. His work is particularly focused on private equity–backed, privately held companies as well as publicly listed enterprises. In this capacity, he has successfully led executive search engagements for clients ranging from small‑, mid‑, to large‑cap corporations.
In his work with private equity investors, Pascal‑Philipp supports clients across the pre‑deal phase and advises on due diligence processes, including the engagement of leading industry advisors.
To ensure an exceptional level of service for both clients and candidates, he applies a Triple Down Approach, integrating person, personality, and company culture as core dimensions of leadership selection.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Pascal-Philipp held positions with globally leading executive search and leadership advisory firms.
In addition to his consulting activities, he is active as an author and is committed to the ideational support of young professionals.
Pascal‑Philipp holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Bamberg and has completed postgraduate professional programs at the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth) and The Wharton School (PENN), with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Business and Financial Modelling. He is fluent in German and English.
