During periods of growth, transformation, and restructuring, Mr. Buck supports small-, mid-, and large-cap organizations in identifying high-impact leaders capable of addressing and navigating their specific challenges.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Buck held positions with globally leading executive search and leadership advisory firms.

Mr. Buck holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Bamberg and has completed postgraduate professional programs at the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth) and The Wharton School (PENN), with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Business and Financial Modelling. He is fluent in German and English.
