Throughout his professional trajectory, he has developed advanced expertise in Organizational Design and Optimization, Strategic Performance Management, Executive Reward, Strategic Workforce Planning and Board Effectiveness Reviews, consistently partnering with organizations to align their structures, capabilities, processes, and talent with business strategy and future demands.
Paulo Figueiredo’s work is centered on designing and delivering integrated business solutions that advance organizational efficiency, elevate performance standards, and foster sustainable growth. This approach combines the transformation and alignment of business strategies with high-performance cultures, supporting strategic adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
He has successfully managed and implemented a wide range of complex, integrated projects that required close coordination across multiple practices and highly-skilled teams in sectors including financial services, banking, insurance, industry, energy, oil & gas, telecommunications, retail, consumer goods and utilities.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Paulo worked in the Strategic Marketing Department at Banco Espírito Santo, where he gained valuable experience in corporate strategy and business planning.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and an MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, complemented by participation in the European Summer School for Advanced Management (ESSAM) at École Supérieure de Commerce Marseille-Provence.
